Any client or the client's authorized representative can appeal any decision made by the regional center. A Notice of Proposed Action and an appeals information packet is sent to the client or the client's authorized representative when the regional center proposes to take an action. If you wish to appeal an action or decision, the regional center will assist you.

The appeal process for children under the age of three is different. Regional center can assist you with this process.
