Family & Transition Services (6 to 24 yrs old)

Rosa Chavez, Associate Director, provides oversight for departments whose focus is Family and Transition Services. Our Family Services department is comprised of four units who serve children ages 3 to 13, who live with their families. These units get involved in school issues, coordinating parent training and support, and in the coordination of generic resources.

Our Transition Services department is comprised of four units who serve clients ages 14 to 24, who live with their families. These units also get involved in school issues, with special focus on preparing clients for transition to adult programs. These units also coordinate parent training and support, as well as generic resources.
