- Immigration Services Funding Grantee Referral List: The California Department of Social Services (CDSS) funds qualified nonprofits to provide immigration legal services free of charge in the following categories: (1) Application Assistance – Naturalization; (2) DACA (3) Immigration Remedies; (5) Education and Outreach.
- Youth Legal Services Funding Primary Grantee Contact List: The California Department of Social Services (CDSS) funds qualified non-profits to provide free legal services to Unaccompanied Undocumented Minors (UUM) and Immigrant Youth (IY). The following organizations provide Youth Legal Services (YLS).
- California Department of Social Services Removal Defense Program Primary Grantee Contact List: The California Department of Social Services (CDSS) funds qualified nonprofits to provide Removal Defense (RD) services free of charge. This program is administered by the Immigrant Legal Resource Center (ILRC).
