This is a special invitation to individuals served by SG/PRC. Come explore available supports, learn about mental health services, and connect with opportunities that promote well-being for individuals and families.

PLEASE NOTE:  This event is ONLY for individuals served by SG/PRC. Individuals served are able to bring one support person (family member, ILS/SLS
provider) to assist with accessing resources.
