Monthly "Meet & Greet" Sessions
For all participants who have been selected for the Self-Determination Program to be able to meet and greet other participants and key staff at the regional center. This is also an opportunity to ask questions and provide us with topics of interest for future meetings. These meetings are held the 2nd Tuesday of each month at 5 pm at the San Gabriel/Pomona Regional Center Conference Center, located at 75 Rancho Camino Drive, Pomona, CA 91766 - For questions about these meetings, please email selfdetermination@sgprc.org
The August meeting will cover an overview of the Individual Support and Coaching project our LVAC and SG/PRC are developing. This training will provide an overview of the program and how this can support those selected for SDP move forward. This is a new and exciting program, so participation is highly encouraged, particularly for those pursuing SDP. For this meeting, we will begin at 4:30pm, which is 30 minutes earlier than usual to allow time for the presentation and questions.
