SG/PRC has supported the development of one affordable housing project that will allow a new affordable rental housing unit for individuals served. The new units must initially be offered through a lottery process. Applications are now being accepted.

• The Accessible Dwelling Unit (ADU) has two (2) ADA bathrooms and one and half ( 1 ½) ADA bathroom
• Monthly rent is $431.00 per resident plus utilities (Solar Panels)
• HDO owned property through Brilliant Corners (BC)
• Applicant must be served by SGPRC and have a Unique Client Identifier (UCI) number
• Applicant must be 18 years of age
• Completed Wait List Application to be submitted ONCE (1) per applicant and be considered for one (1) bedroom
• Applications can be e-mailed to designated e-mail: housinglottery@sgprc.org;or hand delivered to SGPRC (please deliver to the receptionist directly)
