SDP Local Advisory Committee

As required by law, each regional center must establish a Local Advisory Committee to ensure effective implementation of the SDP and facilitate the sharing of best practices effective consumer and family training materials, implementation concerns, systemic issues, and ways to enhance the program.

These meetings are open to the public.  These meetings are held the 2^nd Tuesday of each month at 6 pm. For questions about these meetings, please email selfdetermination@sgprc.org

The Waiting Room - (SDP Family Support Group)

Education Spectrum in collaboration with the San Gabriel/Pomona Regional Center announce this monthly support group.  The Waiting Room is designed to be a safe place to share, listen and learn for all Participants, Families, Parents and Caregivers of the Self-Determination Program.  Meetings will be facilitated by independent moderators. 

Meetings will be held on the 3^rd Thursday of the month - Starting at 5:30 p.m. In English, Spanish, Chinese and other preferred languages languages.
