This meeting will be dedicated to hearing from you about the SG/PRC draft Performance Contract Plan for 2021. Your ideas will help SG/PRC better serve our diverse community.

Topics to be Discussed:

• Supporting families to keep their minor children residing in the family home.
• Increasing number of adults living independently and with supports (Independent Living, Supported Living, and Adult Family Home Agency options).
• Increasing the number of adults getting jobs of their choice.
• Increasing the number of individuals and families receiving services from SG/PRC.
• Preparing more individuals for college and adult education.
