• By 8/31/24, we are required to conduct a monitoring review of ALL HCBS settings – CCFs, Day Programs (site-based) , Child Day Care Centers, WAPs, and SEP Groups We will begin this formal review process in January 2024. 
• SG/PRC will utilize the current monitoring schedule for those to be evaluated between January and August 2024.  We may need to do a second monitoring visit in 2024 for some programs.
• Our focus is on assistance and support to meet the Final Rule
• Please join us on December 13 @ 2pm for a review of the tools and the remediation process that DDS has directed us to use.
