National Core Indicator (NCI) Presentation

Please join us for a presentation on the San Gabriel/Pomona Regional Center’s (SG/PRC) actions, ongoing plan, priorities, goals, and strategies to improve quality assessment outcomes as reflected within the National Core Indicators Surveys. We will discuss SG/PRC's priorities, plans, and commitments to our individuals served and their families.

2024 Annual Purchase of Service (POS)

Expenditure Data Presentation

SG/PRC will be conducting presentations, as required by the Lanterman Act, Welfare Institutions Code section (WIC) 4519.5, relating to Purchase of Service (POS) authorization, utilization, and expenditure by each regional center with respect to consumer age, race or ethnicity, primary language, and disability.
