Performance Contract Plan Meeting Notice

REVIEW OF SG/PRC'S FY24-25 PERFORMANCE CONTRACT MEASURES & OUTCOMES

Each year, the Department of Developmental Services (DDS) and SG/PRC develop a performance contract to determine and measure how SGPRC delivers services. On a yearly basis, San Gabriel/Pomona Regional Center releases a Performance Contract Plan DRAFT that provides data and measures on topics. To approve and close the Performance Contract Plan, SGPRC must conduct a Public Input Meeting, where the report is reviewed and allowed for public comment

The FY 24–25 Performance Contract Plan Public Input Meeting will be held virtually on Wednesday, June 5, 2024, at 10:00am during a Special Community Meeting.  Click here for view flyer for this June 5^th meeting

The community will have a second opportunity to join us for a discussion regarding SG/PRC'S Fiscal Year 2024-2025 Performance Contract during June's Board of Directors Meeting, where we will review public policy measures, objectives, and activities associated with those measures. The public will have the opportunity to give input and comment on the measures and data provided.
