PRESENTACIÓN ESPECIAL - GASTOS ANUALES EN LA COMRA DE SERVICIOS (POS)

A partir del 27 de junio de 2012, se modificó la Acta Lanterman, servicios para Discapacidades del Desarrollo ("La Ley Lanterman"), según el Código de Bienestar e Instituciones (WIC), sección 4519.5, recomienda que el Departamento de Servicios de Desarrollo (DDS) y los Centros Regionales colaboren anualmente para informar a la comunidad sobre los gastos, autorizaciones y la utilización en la compra de servicios (POS).
